"Edwin provided an excellent service."

He was transparent from the initial market appraisal. This continued throughout the marketing, open house, negotiations and final sale. He was very reliable and always provided updates. I had never sold a house before; Edwin guided me through the process in a professional honest manner. His negotiation skills are of a high standard. The end result was a surprise for us all, I think we both never thought it was possible to get the sale figure I received.
