"Highly Recommend"

Egle has an excellent knowledge of the local market and provided great advice and feedback during the whole process, and was willing to listen to our opinions and adjust her strategy to allow for our own thoughts and ideas. She worked very hard to achieve a great outcome for us, and was fair and honest the whole way through. We highly recommend her.

"Focused, hard work and honesty across our dealings"

We found Egle Skridulis focused, hard work and honesty across our dealings in relation to our property. Egle Skridulis meet our expectations, she explained and made the process less stressful, she is a good listener, and always made herself available at anytime. Egles was very attentive with prospective buyers, by conducting our house open inspections at additional times outside the normal Saturday opening times. She presented our home with back ground music and made the opens peaceful experience. Her strong property marketing capabilities along with her communication skills ensured we got the best outcome for selling our property. We cant thank Egle enough, from start to finish she was a pleasure to deal with she took the stress and pressure out of selling our property, which was more unique as our semi-rural farm, of large home on 3 acers, wasnt like any other normal suburban property sale process. We would recommend Egle Skridulis to anyone wanting to sell their property.

"Impressed"

We first met Egle when we purchased our property and was impressed by her personality presentation and consideration for both buyer and seller that we subsequently engaged her to sell our property. Her negotiating skills enabled us to achieve a better result than we hoped for with only three inspections.

"Absolutely Fantastic"

I met with several real estate agents before I met Egel. All of them were selling a product and missing something. From the moment I met Egel she listened to what my vision was, she gave sound practical advice. In every aspect and moment of the experience Egel has been professional and gone way and beyond to make sure that my home every opportunity to be at its best. Not limited to coming by on public holidays to meet people, trades and make sure the heating was on and toasty. She is a lovely person and this shows in her respect in dealing with both vendors and purchasers. I would recommend her entirely if you are selling or looking to buy.
