Elias Sharif has been very helpful especially after I bought a new property in Clyde North, from another agent, Param Sandhawalia, in September 2022 which was built by Infinity Group. There were multiple issues with that property including heating facilities, no towel racks, no cooling facilities, no heater globes in the bathroom, no toilet paper holders, and no privacy glass in the ensuite. After the settlement of the property, Param was arrogant and unprofessional and refused to assist me, after he himself promised me that I could contact him for any issues. I tried contacting the builder but to no avail. I contacted Elias and explained the situation. He stepped up and helped me throughout the process. Elias attended my address and dropped off heating lamps, towel racks and toilets racks. Elias also contacted the builder to make sure they send their supervisor on site to inspect the other outstanding repairs. Elias is always a phone call away and has always returned my phone call. He is trustworthy and has always given me the best advise when it comes to the property market. Elias is professional, friendly and is always motivated to go beyond his capabilities to help out his fellow clients which is a rare quality in a lot of agents in this day and age.
