"Marvelous job"

My rental property has been managed by Emma Lucas from The Professionals for a few years now and she has done a marvelous job looking after the property. She understands the concerns of both landlord and tenant and has a meticulous eye for detail. Her email responses are timely and prompt and more importantly she serves the interest of the landlord very well. If she has any thing she is unsure of, she knows the right people to refer me to. As such I've spoken to Matt Condit who runs the show there. Matt is very genuine and helpful in assisting any tricky questions that Emma was not able to answer. I cannot recommend Emma and the team highly enough.

I have only recently started renting through Granger Clark in Ballajura but so far, I have to say, it has been a very positive experience. I have been dealing with Emma Lucas and with Tamara Colbert and both of these ladies have been very helpful. They have been patient with me, with getting my lease up and running, they have been professional and friendly. I have already had some minor issues with the property but Emma has been quick to respond to me and to get things done. From my experiences I am looking forward to a long and happy rental relationship with Granger Clark! :) I highly recommend them if you are considering renting through this agency.

This was our first rental property and also during the distressful time of COVID, which made finding a property even more busier and challenging. We managed to attend a home open with Professionals and was very organised from the Check-in system on Covid and also helpful at the same time in helping guide us in the right direction as a family in our next steps in making applications for not just there property, but others as well.
