"hard-working, well-informed agent with a warm and professional manner"

Very responsive and adept. Erden has been on a journey with me ( a house hunter) since pre-Covid and during a time when I had to exit the market due to job insecurity. He stayed in touch just enough to keep me informed about a property I was keen on - warmly professional but not 'pushy'. As I was able to enter negotiations he kept me well-informed and was always responsive to my queries. During negotiations, when he was hard at work for the sellers, I also felt he was championing my bid to buy at a fair price. Success in a sale! Everyone happy and Erden continues to provide his friendly and professional service as we head towards settlement.

"Approachable and proactive"

Approachable and proactive On the day we inspected Erden's property, we saw a number of others. There was one we decided not to even enter as the Agent was so unapproachable, giving varying answers about the property depending on if my partner of myself was asking, and another that we looked at and loved, but the agent was hard to talk to. Erdens property we hadn't scheduled to see that day, but upon calling he was happy to set up an inspection on short notice. He pointed out issues for us to be aware of along with the best features, encouraging our joy in the things we loved about the property. We we're split between it and another we'd seen, but his attitude instantly sold it to us. We asked to make an offer on the spot, and through the buying process Erden checked in with us regularly. We're so happy that we bought with him, and can't wait to move into our future home. Thank you!

"Amazing experience"

I had an amazing experience buying a property through Nicholas Scott. Erden was the real-estate agent I dealt with and he was incredible helpful with the whole process. After I missed out on one of the properties I wanted he kept me update to date with other properties in my area and price range. He is out to help the buyer as well as the vendor.

"Dedication and commitment"

Personalised service with dedication and commitment to achieving the best result After selling our first home with a great sale price in only 3 weeks, Erden was the obvious choice to be our selling agent again for our current house. Erden is tenacious in wanting to achieve the highest price possible and is dedicated to the cause. His communication skills are brilliant as he knew exactly how to keep us informed on any progress and what feedback to provide. Erden was able to identify & pre-qualify perspective buyers to ensure only those that were committed and purchase-ready came through to inspect our home improving the chances of receiving an offer post-inspection. He also had great negotiation skills to achieve the best sale price for our home when the right buyer came along. Erden is full of energy from start to finish, compassionate to our cause, and is now someone we can call a friend. Erden has gone above and beyond for us with this sale in so many ways and we highly recommend him to anyone who is wanting a great agent to sell their house.

"Unreserved recommendation"

Unreserved recommendation Erden was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the end of my sales experience with Nicholas Scott real estate. He was knowledgable about the market and selling and offered trusted advice. He was able to communicate with, and manage clients well, demonstrating complete professionalism. He was positive and enthusiastic and completely reliable. Through an extremely difficult covid year, he patiently assisted my family to sell our home. I recommend Erden unreservedly to future sellers.

"From start to finish Erden gave us expert guidance"

From Start to Finish Erden gave us expert guidance. Even though Altona was outside Erdens normal territory he took command and convinced us he could achieve what the others could not. A sale price above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend him to everyone as the guru of Yarraville Real Estate. Keep up the good work Erden hope to catch up soon for that coffee.

"Renewed my faith in Real Estate (sales) Agents"

Renewed my faith in Real Estate (Sales) Agents If you want an agent that will go that extra mile, Erden is the man. I made Erdens acquaintance almost 10 years ago when he appraised my property. Even though I used a competitor to manage the property, Erden contacted me every year for a chat and catch up. It was Erdens customer relations skills, his tenacity and persistence that made me contact him to sell our property. Am I glad I did! He sold our property well in excess of what we were expecting. He was organised, professional, communicative and personable every step of the way. I cannot commend Erden and higher for his performance. Outstanding! Thank you to Erden and the Nicholas Scott team - you truly outshine your (local) competitors.
