"No Never Recommend her EVER"
Total rude, inconsiderate, bully with no empathy or understanding of anyone but herself. Best suited as a prison warden, should never be working in real estate, especially not as a property manager.

"Appalling customer service"
As prospective tenants with almost 40 years unblemished tenancy history between us, my husband and I recently applied for one of Belle Drummoyne's rental properties. We were contacted by Fiona who in addition to trying her damnedest to initiate a bidding war between tenants above the stipulated rental asking price was rude to the point of comedy, clearly homophobic (refusing to use the term 'husband' to refer to my spouse) and unable/unwilling to answer simple policy questions. Her level of unprofessionalism was so striking that we decided to withdraw our application rather than face a tenancy dogged by her arrogance, discriminatory behaviour and lack of customer service skills. Highly recommended avoiding Belle at all costs - no notion at all of how to treat customers with respect. LGBTQI+ community beware.
