I am writing to thank you and your staff for the way in which you handled the sale of our property at 137 Humphries Road St Johns Park. I was most impressed with how you both managed the auction and the result that followed. I appreciated the professional manner you handled every aspect of the sale including: Your communication You liaising with us in the process of open houses Achieving a good sales price for the property Your charming staff were helpful and made the whole transaction very pleasant. Your professionalism and attitude were impressive from day one. We were kept informed of the proceedings the whole way through the process and you both made themselves available to us at any time. Thank you for always making us feel like your number one client. You went above and beyond for us on countless occasions, which we greatly appreciate. To summarise, we are extremely happy with the way you handled our sale and we would not hesitate to recommend you both to anyone looking for the best agent.
Nick Alexopoulos and Frank Bartolone are BRILLIANT. They are professional, trustworthy and good listeners. They kept us informed every step of the sales process. We first met Nick over 12 years ago with the sale of our previous property, so when we decided to sell our current property we had no hesitation in calling Nick to represent us. From the first meeting with Nick and Frank they were brilliant, they explained the current market conditions with facts and data analysis relevant to our property, explained their strategy and listened to our thoughts and expectations. We put our total trust in their professional knowledge and ability and can say that the result exceeded our expectations. We recommend Nick Alexopoulos and Frank Bartolone to any person wishing to sell as they are the best in the business. BRILLIANT.
Your commitment to the service you provided was outstanding and I really appreciated that you kept me informed throughout the sale process. You took on board what I had to say, catered to my individual circumstances and were always available to answer any queries that I had. I will always have positive comments about your services with whoever I talk to regarding my experience. The whole auction process from start to finish went smoothly, the auctioneer was very good and did his job really well and achieving well above reserve is a testament to the hard work you did to promote the property.
On behalf of Tania and myself I would like to thank both yourself and Nick for all your efforts in relation to the sale of our property at Salter Road Bossley Park. Your approach, professionalism, work ethic and the team that supported you was second to none and clearly showed in the result you achieved for us. You clearly have a top rate approach to selling property and we would have no hesitation in both recommending you and utilising your services once again in the future should the need arise.
My wife and I would like to offer this letter of recommendation for Frank Bartolone and Nick Alexopoulos. They both showed exemplary professionalism, competency, honesty and diligence when selling our home. Franks feedback was always of the highest standard and we felt like his most important clients. His advice and honest approach, attention to detail made us comfortable with the selling process and significantly contributed to the results achieved. We would have no hesitation in recommending both Frank and Nick to anyone wishing to sell their home.
We are more than happy to acknowledge the tenacious efforts of Frank, Nick & his team during the sale of our home. After monitoring the local market closely prior to listing our home, we felt a little underwhelmed with the sold prices achieved by other agencies for comparable and superior properties to our own, however, Frank agreed we had a unique product to supply the local market. It was evident through his passion and enthusiasm that he believed in our property as much as we did and this meant a great deal to us. To witness Frank and Nicks genuine excitement upon viewing our property restored all confidence. The team did not disappoint in providing a service and marketing strategy that paralleled both our product and expectations. Franks skill and extensive area knowledge was evident in the manner in which he qualified suitable buyers discerningly thus isolating quality purchasers and delivering a healthy volume of registered bidders on auction day. We are convinced, Frank, Nick and his team achieved the best price for our property, with the hammer falling well above reserve. This could not have been possible without their unwavering professionalism throughout. We would not hesitate to work with them again in the future and endorse the outstanding reputation they have deservedly attained in the industry.
We would like to express our appreciation for Frank Bartolones guidance, effort and professionalism shown during the sale process of our property. Without his advice, dedication and perseverance we would not have achieved the record sales price for the property type in our area. Our decision to list with Frank and Nick has not only been financially smart one but also a stress less and pleasurable one. From the first day Frank and Nick have been upfront and honest about our price expectation with a clear marketing and sales strategy which was very impressive and something other agents havent even discussed with us. Frank has been in constant contact with us with the latest updates and comments from potential buyers which provided comfort and assurance we were in the right hands. (so much that my phone has automatically added him to the list of favourites ) We met Frank and Nick last year at couple of open houses in Abbotsbury and we were immediately impressed by their professionalism, follow up calls and property knowledge. These were the reasons we wanted the McGrath team exclusively to sell and represent our property. The record selling price is the proof when you surround yourself with the best real estate team and work with them you are setting yourself up for a great success. We a more than happy to recommend Frank and the team to any future sellers
Dear Frank, thank you so much for dealing with the sale of our home in such a professional way. As you know, selling our home was an extremely emotional one. You not only handled it with expertise, empathy and understanding of our needs but also you were patient and listened to what mattered to us. We were completely confident and happy that we had chosen exactly the right agent. You delivered exactly what you promised. I was never left wondering what was happening as you communicated updates very frequently and informed us of every step of the process with such ease. You never made us feel stressed or pressured in any way. You worked extremely hard for us from the time we listed the sale with you and you delivered an amazing result on the day. We have walked away with such a wonderful experience of having dealt with such a professional person in an easy and stress-free way. I commend McGrath Partners for having you on board. You are truly and asset to the company and someone who, with no doubt in my mind, would command an enviable reputation amongst your industry peers.
Hi, This review is on behalf of my parents. Frank sold their property at auction. they were the only agents that were successful in both their auctions that day other agents had properties passed in. My parents found him to be hardworking in achieving a successful outcome that they were happy with
Frank was extremely professional throughout the whole process with us. He demonstrated extreme knowledge about the property & the current market. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to sell our house. Thankyou Frank.
