Gaby recently sold our townhouse, first time for us selling a property and Gaby made it feel easy, she has open and effective communication as well as honesty. Her dedication to selling your home shows in the results. We thank you Gaby from the bottom of our hearts. Renae and Adam
We have recently brought our new home through Gaby McEwan and she is very professional, honest and very friendly. Would recommend Gaby & her team to all our friends & family. From the bottom of our heart....thank you!! We feel so blessed and lucky to call this property our new home
We gave Gaby a tight time-frame in which we hoped to sell a one-off, distinctive property on an unusual land parcel, an overall package which didn't look ANYTHING like the typical buyer shopping lists. Our platypus burrow was so idiosyncratically different and the internal layout was so complicated, in fact, that we drew a field map to help her get her head around it before a formal floor plan could be done. No pressure, Mrs McEwan ... For the right buyer it was a wonderful opportunity, a magnificent bargain at any price, but finding them wasn't inevitable and there wasn't a lot of time to get out the word. Gaby mastered the whole scenario, our buyers came, saw, and fell in love with our rare bird of a home, and it sold before the auction date. Gaby's advice about presenting your property is solid gold. She knows what different streams of buyers want to see. She was realistic about what could be achieved in the way of preparing the property for sale in the (very, very) short time we'd allowed her, and it was clear she wanted viewers to see it not only for what it now was, but for what it could potentially become. With stunning efficiency Gaby the House Whisperer arranged movers and storage in order to clear the sightlines, and her recommended contractors were fabulous. This de-personalizing and staging was an investment in the investment which not only opened up the house's prospects (literally and figuratively), but simplified the task of final packing. Gaby's advertising highlighted the property at its best and ensured that it achieved reach and interest. Her videos are the charm; she was a media professional in a former life and her personable and efficient presentation skills are an immense help in a world where social media now dominates. Gaby's husband and business partner Rod supplied back-up during open inspections, and they and their entire team - and our beautiful buyers - were a joy to meet and to work with. They all made a massive upheaval feel like a change as good as a holiday, and how often do you hear THAT about a major move? Gaby really is "the real deal". She views her industry as one that should be about people and their needs, first and foremost. She genuinely and loyally cares for you and your property and she also cares about your buyers, who are taking on a major asset via her hands. The secret of her success is right there: Gaby gets great results because she lives a duty of care, protects everyone's interests, earns mutual trust, and wants everyone to go home happy. Love your work, Gaby. LOVE IT.
