"Selling a unique proposition: the art of the possible"

We gave Gaby a tight time-frame in which we hoped to sell a one-off, distinctive property on an unusual land parcel, an overall package which didn't look ANYTHING like the typical buyer shopping lists. Our platypus burrow was so idiosyncratically different and the internal layout was so complicated, in fact, that we drew a field map to help her get her head around it before a formal floor plan could be done. No pressure, Mrs McEwan ... For the right buyer it was a wonderful opportunity, a magnificent bargain at any price, but finding them wasn't inevitable and there wasn't a lot of time to get out the word. With stunning efficiency Gaby the House Whisperer arranged movers and storage in order to clear the sightlines, and her recommended contractors were fabulous. This de-personalizing and staging was an investment in the investment which not only opened up the house's prospects (literally and figuratively), but simplified the task of final packing. Gaby's advertising highlighted the property at its best and ensured that it achieved reach and interest. Her videos are the charm; she was a media professional in a former life and her personable and efficient presentation skills are an immense help in a world where social media now dominates. Gaby's husband and business partner Rod supplied back-up during open inspections, and they and their entire team - and our beautiful buyers - were a joy to meet and to work with. They all made a massive upheaval feel like a change as good as a holiday, and how often do you hear THAT about a major move? Gaby really is "the real deal". She views her industry as one that should be about people and their needs, first and foremost. She genuinely and loyally cares for you and your property and she also cares about your buyers, who are taking on a major asset via her hands.
