"Excellent Negotiator"
Gail was great from the beginning, and very eager to help me purchase my property. A lot of agents can be slow and blase about things but as a procrastinator I need some help to move forward. She was positive all through the process, even when I almost wanted to back out of the sale! Luckily I did not. I would use her services again.

"Great Experience"
This was my first time selling a house and prior to doing so I felt quite overwhelmed but after our first meeting with Gail she made me feel alot more relaxed and confident that I had made the right decision.
