"Higher price than we had anticipated."
During our initial with Gareth regarding the sale of our property we were aware that he had diligently researched the market in our area. His appraisal was confident without being well 'over the top'. The suggested timeline for the sale was acceptable and not pushing for a fast sale. Upon receipt of all the accepted offers Gareth was able to negotiate a higher price than we had anticipated, which was extremely impressive.

"He did not let me down!"
I had Gareth selected to do this sale for my mothers property 24 years ago when I purchased through Gareth back then. He did not let me down. The sale was Impeccable, Gareth was mindful of the timing to have the property on the market due to the footie finals, just to name one lateral approach. He was so skilful to achieve the linking price for borh parties to be happy- quite the quiet high achiever. He was gracious, kindly communicated and turned what could be problems to solutions.
