As a commercial property sales agent, I found it difficult to let go and appoint a residential agent to sell my investment property. "TOTAL SATISFACTION!"

Gareth was selected by us due to his excellent recommendations over some years in which he sold properties near our home suburb and also had sales at our Unit block. His advise was extremely valuable to us during the whole preparation period to get to the auction date.The resulting price achieved at auction was much better than expected. The selection of his team was to our TOTAL SATISFACTION. "Great to deal with"

My parents and I spent a couple of years looking for an apartment to buy in the lower north shore area. We became familiar with Gareth who was very approachable and sincere. In contrast, we had dealt with other agents and despite being close to settling on a couple of occasions we were often used as a negotiating tactic. On the other hand, we felt Gareth was always honest and straightforward with us, and during the negotiation process for a unit in Neutral Bay we felt he represented both sides fairly. Furthermore, after sales service was very good as he diligently followed up on several issues. Would not hesitate to do business with him again in the future.
