"An experience to forget"
Went through 2 simultaneous selling journeys with Gavin, we were "conditioned" with some great appraisals... after the 1st inspections on both properties, he came back and dropped both estimated selling ranges by 10-15%. Gavin cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars in a soft real estate market. I would not recommend him to anyone, seek another REA inside the company he works for.
