Gayle Twigg was able to sell our property at Fitzgibbon in record time. She kept us up to date with every enquiry and called us immediately after showing someone through our property. We were never left wondering what was happening, which is how we had felt in the past when we had used other agents. She made the whole process stress free for us which we really appreciated.

"Upfront, honest and gets the results!"
The decision to go with Gayle Twigg was the best decision we could of made with selling our house. After an informed chat about the local market and history of the house, a listing price higher then we originally expected was agreed on. A couple days later we received an offer higher then the listing price! The rest of the sale ran smoothly without a hitch. Gayle was always big on communication with us keeping us well informed with the movements of the sale and requests of the buyers. I think the thing I appreciated most about Gayle was the fact she spoke to us in a friendly welcoming manner without feeling the need to always be trying to spin us a sales pitch. Just a down to earth, well informed honest chat. I'd highly recommend Gayle and would not hesitate with using her in the future.
