We've been lucky enough to have Geoff manage our properties for several years. Everytime we acquire a property with an existing leasing agent - we're reminded of how good Geoff really is. Puncutal, proactive, communicative and assertive when needed. In the years and over 20 tenants Geoff has managed for us we have never had any issues with tenants and never had a house not leased for more than a week. Don't hesitate to call him.
