My husband and I appointed George to sell our home in one of the most challenging years. We found comfort in his extensive market knowledge. His dedication, professionalism and communication were beyond words. From the beginning of the campaign and throughout, George was able to overcome all our concerns through constant communication. We felt that he was genuinely working on our behalf and made the negotiating process smooth and successful. He achieved a price that we were more than happy with. I highly recommend George to any perspective seller in the area.
We put our house on the market during COVID lockdown which made a very challenging environment for George to sell our home. He worked hard to prepare us and potential buyers for when we were able to open to get the best outcome for us. He provided regular communication and updates throughout the campaign. He is very knowledgeable within the area and is considered a local expert. He provided firm direction and advice and easily takes on constructive feedback - he wants the vendor to be happy. He delivered a great result for us in a very challenging market impacted by the pandemic.
