At the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, this man persisted with a Notice to Leave Without Grounds, despite us having a perfect rental record, never once having any issues at an inspection and maintaining the property to the highest standard. My family of 5, including 3 kids in local schools, were forced to move and absolutely no reason was ever provided. During a time of total fear and uncertainty, Living Here Wilston showed absolutely zero respect for us as tenants, with Gerard leading the charge to throw our life into chaos, seemingly for a bit of fun. He also misused our rent, (which we reported to the RTA), was slow in responding to maintenance requests that affected our ability to live in the house, was condescending at every opportunity and caused us an immense amount of stress.
