"Exceptional Local Knowledge and Outstanding Results!"

I've known Gizzelle for few years, she was manging my property property she sold. She has always looked after my best interests and provided honest, practical advice. Her local knowledge is outstanding, and I always trusted her recommendations. When it came time to sell, the process was seamless. Gizzelle is friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout. She sold my unit quickly and achieved a price I was very happy with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy agent

We had the most amazing experience selling our home with Gizzelle and we couldn't be happier. She sold our home before the first open home. She absolutely exceeded our expectations. "Professionalism and commitment to delivering results."

Choosing the right real estate agent is never easy, especially as a single woman. After interviewing four other agents, I finally met Gizzelle Powelland she stood out immediately. She was professional, respectful, and never made empty promises. From overseeing the photography and marketing to ensuring I was involved in every step of the process, Gizzelle made sure my home was presented in the best possible light. Thanks to her expertise, she secured the right price with just one open home. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Thank you, Gizzelle PowellIm a truly satisfied customer!

"Selling was a breeze"

It has been a breeze and a pleasure dealing with Gizzelle from start to finish! Gizzelle has been professional, responsive and respectful throughout the entire process, so much so that once we met her we didnt look for another agent. Selling a deceased estate comes with its own stress but Gizzelle took this all away selling the property even before it hit the market and for more than we had anticipated! She is an exceptional agent, we couldnt be happier.

"Gizzelle is a 10 out of 10 agent"

Gizzelle was so good to deal with. She was very professional and 100% honest with me during the whole process. She made my job a lot easier than I anticipated. I purchased my first home and couldnt have asked for a better agent to deal with. I am absolutely stocked with the place that I got. Will definitely recommend for anyone.
