Gordon has marketed two properties for us, achieving great results both times. His knowledge of both the local area and the state of the market meant that we sold our properties easily and at a good price (under contract in 5 days for $25k above our target price and under contact in 2 weeks for $5k above target respectively). We would gladly engage his services again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell in Wynnum-Manly (and beyond).
Gordon kept informaned us with step in selling our house. He was available 24/7 and answered questions we had. We loved that he helped with ideas that made our sale hassle free.
Gordon listed our investment property on a Thursday, massive crowd at the first open house on Saturday and a signed contract that afternoon. Gordon effectively managed the buyer, our existing tenant and our property manager to ensure a smooth process and great outcome for all. We have been blown away by the seamless process & Gordon's excellent service which exceeded our expectations. Thank you Gordon.
