"Extremely diligent and helpful!"
We have had Grace assigned to assist with our investment property being set up for rent, which included organising the photography of the property, the advertising, and sourcing the best tenant. We were absolutely blown away by Grace's efficiency, diligence and professionalism with this! It was all done so quickly, it was literally the same day that the photography was received that the online advertisement was put up and inquiries were handled. Inspections were organised for the following day, and excellent tenants were sourced quickly. We could not have had a better experience than this and would highly recommend both Aura Property and Grace for taking care of your property.
