"Old Style Agent"

Graeme, was straight to the point in regards to the price this property should achieve. At no point did we feel he was playing games or misrepresenting ourselves or the vendors interests. He made the tenant very comfortable on inspection of the property which was perfect for us as we are happy for the tenancy to continue on settlement. We would not hesitate to recommend and/or use Graeme or any of his team for any future sale or purchases.

"Good agent"

Quick sale, helpful to negotiate with rental tenant for inspections, made our sale stress free for us under the circumstances as we were interstate.

"Great Agent!"

Graeme is a very nice person. I have been overseas since last November. Graeme did everything for me. Really appreciated it for his kind helps. I will recommend Graeme to my friends who intend to sell or buy properties in Berwick.

"Made buying our dream property seamless"

We had previously spent about 2 years on the lookout for our dream property and throughout the process we got to witness first hand how different agents handle themselves. Some experiences were better than others but overall we received poor to average service, in one instance a property sold a few months after our offer at a lower price than what we bid. In comparison not only was the service from Graeme top notch, his approach to selling the property was fantastic and only took about 5 days from the first opening to having our offer accepted by the vendor. Thanks Graeme and the vendor for making this one a very smooth process.

"Very Professional and Knowledgable"

I found Graeme to be competent, reliable and a good communicator. He did an excellent job at recommending an approach to maximize the selling price of my property.

"We had confidence in our agent"

The company and agents we dealt with were experienced and considerate throughout the whole preparation and selling period, we had complete confidence in their team. Graeme worked happliy with us all along and we were very pleased with the outcome of what can be a very stressful time.
