"Grant recently sold my Fathers unit in Narrabeen"
Grant is a very experienced agent and knows the local market well. He has very good contacts with excellent local trades people who painted, re carpeted and removed rubbish so we could get the unit ready for sale in a very short space of time. The online auction process was efficient, transparent and worked without a hitch. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

Grant clearly has very good knowledge of the Sydney real estate market. He was invaluable in motivating us to get our property on the market as soon as possible in order to get the best possible price. He also has a good list of reliable contacts who can provide the services, such as painting, styling, and rubbish removal that are required to put a property on the market in Sydney. We were very satisfied with the service that Grant provided and the price that we realized despite a sudden and unexpected downturn in the market.

"Above and Beyond"
Grant is all the things you want and need when looking for an agent. He is professional, considerate, realistic, helpful and an excellent communicator. But he does all these thing in a way that makes you feel like you are his only client. He makes it a more personal experience instead of feeling like just a number. Can not recommend Grant enough.
