Grant is a very experienced agent and knows the local market well. He has very good contacts with excellent local trades people who painted, re carpeted and removed rubbish so we could get the unit ready for sale in a very short space of time. Grant clearly has very good knowledge of the Sydney real estate market. He was invaluable in motivating us to get our property on the market as soon as possible in order to get the best possible price. He also has a good list of reliable contacts who can provide the services, such as painting, styling, and rubbish removal that are required to put a property on the market in Sydney.
