Very satisfied with Greg's forthright approach. A pleasing result with a minimum of fuss. Thanks Greg!
Greg Phillips was a pleasure to have working on our behalf for the sale of our property in Berwick. His friendly, sincere, and open nature, combined with a professional approach, and knowledge of the local real estate market were key factors in our choice of Greg for this venture. This decision proved to be well-founded when the property was sold in a very short time with a result that we were extremely happy with, not just financially, but with respect to the timing of settlement and other considerations. We would thoroughly recommend Greg to any prospective sellers.
Greg was able to quickly find a purchaser for a rental property that we wished to sell and fulfilled the brief of finding a buyer who would continue to maintain the long term tenants. Job well done!
Highly recommend! Good communication throughout process, great agent to work with!
Very happy with the whole process of selling our property
Very reliable, sincere and professional. Strongly recommended for others for real estate dealings.
I found Greg to be very helpful. He gave me a lot of information regarding the housing market and houses in our area. Every detail was well explained and the advertising was a reasonable price. Our house was sold in 2 weeks and for a price we were happy with. So I highly recommend Greg and First National real-estate to anyone looking to sell their property.
Greg was great to deal with and very transparent and helpful during the purchase and settlement period. He had good advice and was genuine and honest throughout the process, with a refreshing no-BS approach. Would definitely recommend him.
