Greg is a real character and very enthusiastic but extremely astute. He is very hardworking and a great mediator. We were very down on missing out on multiple houses when we stumbled across Greg by accident. The sale was made seamless by Greg and his go to attitude and his old fashioned approach. His customer service skills and attention to detail are brilliant and you can tell he genuinely listens. His response time very quick and made us feel at ease, even with the crazy questions I kept throwing at him. Awesome dude !
I would thoroughly Recommend Greg Cram and his Good Team at the Berry Barmera Ray White Land agents office, due to a Real encounter with him, when he and his staff have persevered and now sold a bush Block for me, under some very difficult circumstances I think myself. When I started to try to sell my Bush block up at Monash / Berri I walked in to the Berri office of Ray White land agents ... I liked the name. And it was put on the market by one of Greg’s fellow agents, but all through the Process Greg has been there, overlooking the Process and I know for sure batting very well for my Interests as the seller. The Property was a Difficult one as it was only about 200m from the Old but large Berri Barmera council land fill, hence covered by a EPA advisory, and then the decision of the BBC council planning department whether it got a Building permit or not, the Surveys being required being quite expensive if the Council applied the EPA guidelines, to well, not really worth getting it all done for such a small property, as the old Tip was over 26,000 cubic tons hence we would need an auditor as well as a stage one Environmental, if we went right as the EPA advisory said. Hence it had been on the market already for 2 years without any concrete offers. But we di k now of this problem as non o the other residents there did either think. Only the Council new and any potential buyers hat approached them about getting a Building permit !!! But Greg still advertised it and stood by me, in trying to sell it, even though I had given up on it, and was heading to the council for further negotiations. No one in the Area knew of these problems, until Daniella Casey, Greg’s Admin Person, found out about it from a Potential , that had visited the council, but had been put off by the Land fill EPA and council situation, but kindly got back to Daniella and told her about it. Danielle quickly put me on the right path to find out all about these advisories and regulations that well, really no one had Known about up until then, so then quickly, despite me eventually annoying a few people with Long Emails, thanks to Daniella steering me in the right direction, very well, right as soon as she found out Really what was happening with the block, and why we had has so little interest, we had the facts in 7 days and the answer and a plan in 12. (After waiting 2 years as no one knew about it and the council had said Nothing as far as we were aware) Thanks Danielle. Greg was standing effectively behind us in all this. And well, hen a Buyer who had a land use that would suit the council ? (We Hope) and not be contrary to the EPA guideline either walked in to Greg’s office, and well, Greg must have treated the fellow very well, as he explained the Problems with the Block Very well, so that we were being quite Honest, but also he did not put the fellow off, so the sail is now going through and thanks Greatly, and very much for the good work Greg and Danielle. I would work with Ray White anywhere in preference to other agents now. … Like just give five stars for all of the Categories above, for Both of them. - Mark A. Smith, Btch in Surveying. at of S.A.
