Greg and his team were given the task of selling a block of renovated units in StKilda. Their work in marketing, selling and achieving the sale results for this project exceeding all my expectation. I would highly recommend him and his team.
Selecting a real estate professional to represent me in the sale of my home was a major decision. After 30 years of mortgage payments and home improvements I was looking for a professional who could help me realize the best possible return on my investment. Greg Meadows was the right choice. He listened closely to my needs, developed a plan with his team specific to my home, and then implemented the plan. It required that we invest in certain improvements and that we follow the recommendations of his team but it was all worth it. After seven days on the market Simon presented three offers at and above the asking price.
We made the absolute right choice in selecting Meadows Partners to sell our home. Greg Meadows personal attention, professionalism, and communication of what buyers expect in our price range were keys in getting our home sold quickly. This has been the best real estate experience we have ever had, Thank you
Working with Meadows Partners team to sell our house was a very rewarding experience. Their knowledge, professionalism, excellent communication skills, sincerity and strong work ethic made what can be a very stressful situation much more straightforward and enjoyable. All of the hard work and preparation paid off when our house was sold in only four days! Thank you so much guys!
Greg, I would just like to say that you have gone above and beyond my expectations as an agent. You take the time to go over everything and explain the process step by step. To have someone that is there 24/7 is unbelievable. Thanks for everything.
I would like to thank Meadows Partners for all of the assistance I got when selling my property. The marketing talent and strategies combined with an excellent attention to detail brought a much higher than expected sales price. This gave me comfort knowing that everything was done to protect me as a vendor. Wishing you all the best of continued success.
Greg Meadows and the Team, thank you all so much for the great job you did with finding the perfect home for me. A big double "thank you - thank you" for a totally terrific transaction!!!
Recently we sold our property and had Meadows Partners as our agent. We were pleased to find their service courteous and professional during the entire period, from the initial phone call to settlement. We were consequently most pleased to receive an acceptable offer on the property barely a week after employing the Meadows team. I believe it was their large client base and knowledge of the area that facilitated a quick sale. I would recommend Greg Meadows and his team to anyone selling property in the area.
I would like to thank Meadows Partners team for negotiating the purchase of my apartment in South Yarra. The very satisfactory outcome was surely due to a professional, optimistic and positive approach, and knowledge of the market.
Just a short note to thank you for the professional and efficient manner in which you dealt with the sale of our property in Kew.
