We sincerely wish to thank Guy Lorello of Raine & Horne Burwood for such an outstanding job of selling our home at 13 Ethel Street, Burwood. When we decided to list our home for sale we spoke to a lot of agents in the area. Guy impressed us the most with his professional approach and in-depth knowledge of the local market. He also put a lot of emphasis on high quality marketing strategies to give our home maximum exposure and the best chance of achieving the highest possible price. Guy was amazing throughout the auction campaign; he kept us informed and up-to-date as well as constantly touching base with buyers to maintain their interest. The result was truly exceptional! We sold at auction for $3,450,000 - well above our expectations. Thank you Guy – I will be recommending your excellent services to everyone I meet. Carlo & Gabriella
