"The best property manager ever"
I had my property rental management by different agents from different agencies (big names) and I always had issues with almost everything from management fees to the quality of management until I met Hamraz and got her to manage my rental property. She's extremely professional and she's been the best property manager I have ever dealt with. I strongly recommend her to friends and colleagues. "Absolute world class service!"
I would like to thank Hamraz and Mia and as well as the rest of team at Biggin & Scott Boroondara for the world class service that I received so far in my dealings with them. From the start with the initial phone call to Raz to my first meeting with Mia at the property, I was treated with utmost kindness and respect. It felt as if I was their most valued customer and nothing was too much of an issue. I had been searching for the perfect home, over the last couple weeks and have had numerous interactions with various agents and can honestly say that my experience with Raz and Mia has been second to none. "Highly motivated with attention to detail."
I have been in the real estate environment for almost 30 years.So it goes without say i have seen some good and some not so good agents come my way over that time. However since Biggin and Scott Hawthorn opened Managed and run by TonI El-Helou, he"s ability to employ the right people is imperative in this tuff market. Toni introduced me to Hamraz Yousefi through one of my previous projects and the rental of our family home. Hamraz A.K.A. Raz once again has proven to take on the challenge with her ability and finesse she has proven to me that she has the making of a true professional , from her follow up to negotiation,communication and more importantly the lease contract details and specifications details which is paramount she proved to close the deal and expedite immediately.
