"Rented out to drug dealers"

Rented property to meth dealers and had to get apartment completely renovated so I could rent it out again. She gave them back their bond money and did not have the decency to admit her mistakes. She lied to us about everything. She is not trustworthy

"Diligent and effecient"

Heather Cotterill has been our rental property manager for a number of years. She has always been diligent and fast to get in contact with and efficient with a solution. Sensitive to our preferences, she quickly suggests and organises a wide range of fixes to rental property problems. I have also found Heather to be very flexible and forgiving of my own poor organisational standards in picking up the slack to get the good outcome for our tenants.
