"Driven & Determined Agent"
We engaged Heber as our Real Estate Agent after a lengthy process of interviews with other agents in the local area. Heber immediately gave us confidence that he was going to work hard to get us the best result for our property. Heber & his entire team were very professional & accommodating through the entire sales process. Come auction day, we had confidence that Heber had laid the groundwork for success & that if we hadnt achieved our desired result then he would have the negotiation skills necessary to get the best result for us. Needless to say the auction went very well as we set a new record for our townhouse complex. We feel fortunate to have partnered with such a determined & persistent real estate agent and would not hesitate in recommending him to others.

This guy is great, I came across few agents and LJ Hooker is one of the best, Heber De Carvalho really keen to work for the owner to get as much as possible price, unlike other agents where they just want to sell your house ASAP to get their commission but Heber really keen to take buyers around, working hard for me to get the best possible price.
