"Concerning practices"
Non-compliance with mandatory safety checks which are legally required to ensure tenant safety. This left us feeling unsafe in our home and ultimately forced us to leave. When we raised the issue, the response was to shift blame rather than take responsibility. This incident is part of a multi-year pattern of non-compliance by Xynergy, which led to two CAV complaints and a VCAT case (later withdrawn when the property manager backed down).
