"Poor Communication"
In our short experience with Helen; her communication and professionalism were rather poor. No prompt replies by text/email or phone and she had prematurely congratulated us on our success in purchasing a property with transfer of deposit and signed contract only to be told 2 days after the cooling off date by email "who saw that coming" "I'll transfer your deposit back". Without an explanation as to why. I would never have her sell my home.
