"The Trifecta"

We have been fortunate enough to work with Sean Hughes on numerous property transactions in Marmion. Not only have we bought property through Sean, we have also sold our home & he found us the perfect rental in a tight market- a true Trifecta moment you could say. With his organic approach, his wealth of experience & knowledge, plus his down to earth nature-we knew we could trust his judgment. Thank you Sean & team- you are true professionals & leaders in the industry. We highly recommend!

"Exceptional service!"

We selected Sean to sell our property knowing he already had a reputation for being the best in the area, and it goes without saying that we werent disappointed. Sean well and truly lived up to our expectations and we felt so satisfied with his approach, intimate knowledge of the area and his client base and ultimately, the outcome. We wouldnt hesitate for a second in recommending Sean to potential sellers.

"Great insights and experience staff made sale process easier"

Selling a family home of 60 years filled with happy memories was a difficult decision we had to face. After discussion with several real estate agents, we decided to proceed with Sean and Jenny Hughes. They made us feel comfortable about the process and with their long association and extensive experience within the area they were easily able to answer all questions and layout a clear pathway for success. They were the only agents to provide more insights into potential issues and explored all sale options. Sean remained in regular contact during the sale process and immediately followed up on any queries and his extra efforts in sale offer negotiations got us the best possible price. The process and the results we achieved reinforced our choice that dealing with a highly experienced and professional team provided us with the best result. Thankyou Sean and Jenny

"Hazzlefree"

My dealings were with Jenny Hughes. Her knowledge of the market was excellent. She guided me throughout the whole experience. I was quite stressed as I had lived in my home for 59 years. She suggested the best way to market my home and everything fell into place. I would have no hesitation in recommending Realmark Coastal North Beach and in particular Jenny Hughes.

Sean was a pleasure to deal with, a no pressure agent that is sure to get the result you want. He has genuine interest in what is best for his clients rather than for his agency. Cannot recommend highly enough.
