"Fantastic Service"
My name is Lina Ferdman, and I want to share with you, from the bottom of my heart, my experience with the remarkable Invest2day Property Group, especially with Ilana and Sladjan. It was a stroke of luck to have them as my agents, first as a buyer, then as a seller. Initially, I spent a long time searching for the right property. When I finally discovered it online, it was a rainy Sunday. Despite the weather, I decided to take a chance and called the agents. To my surprise, they met me within an hour to show me what would become my future apartment. They were incredibly patient, answering all my questions and waiting for my family to arrive. We knew right away that this was the place we had been searching for. We made an offer that very Sunday and anxiously awaited a response. After some negotiation, our offer was accepted. Throughout the purchase process, Ilana and Sladjan were always available. They promptly responded to calls, assisted with finding a lawyer and a broker, and swiftly addressed every question with professionalism. We felt secure and well-cared for in their hands. Later, when our aunt moved to a nursing home, we were given the power of attorney to sell her apartment. We immediately turned to Ilana and Sladjan for help. They were quick to provide essential advice on clearing out the apartment, making repairs, and preparing documents. They supervised every step, ensuring everything went smoothly. When it was time to sell, the apartment was listed, and our agents exceeded our expectations. They conducted open houses three times a week and organized numerous private inspections. Impressively, the apartment sold in just three weeks. I am truly grateful for the professional service provided by Invest2day and can confidently recommend Ilana and Sladjan for both buying and selling properties.
