ils and Ian are very professional agents who kept us informed at all times and guided us in ways to maximise the sale price.
Team Townley are highly professional and really know their marketplace. They were our only choice for the task of selling our father's house which needed to happen quickly as all family members involved live interstate. The way they presented their market appraisal and prospects of selling at the time was simply first class and we immediately developed confidence we were with the right agent. Ils and Ian took on the task of presenting the house as soon as we cleared it out and we all went back home. So it was up to them. The final presentation of the property in the digital marketplace was brilliant and we accepted an offer above their best estimate, on the first day of inspections. To our own credit may we say, we took note of all of their advice and simply carried out what they suggested we do. All of the liaison with the conveyancing team and the local utilities companies was also very professionally handled. The property sale settled on schedule and our father is now safe in aged care. (This is the most well earned review I have ever written).
We are so grateful for the support help and care we received from Ils , Lisa and the team. We have had bad experiences from another agency and were so scared, however you understood and took your time to assist us in any way possible. It was a great experience working with you, the way you conducted yourself and how you managed the sale was excellent. The way you handled very nervous sellers should be commended. The skills you displayed and the knowledge of the market is tops. All the paperwork is top quality and very useful. You definitely know your business, especially the area and your clientele. Whether Australian, Asian or South African you were able to assist and support. Thank you so much for everything. From the beginning until we moved and thereafter. You are top quality people, friends and agents. We will def recommend you to all our friends and colleagues.
Thanks so much to Team Townley. Would recommended Ils and Ian from all properties, very professional, sold our property in a timely manner
Determined, friendly and worked tirelessly until we reached the desired outcome. Not afraid to use her knowledge & provide her opinion on price, other agents i interviewed did not.

Complete satisfaction in purchasing our new home. She made the whole process smooth and relatively painless with her high level of communication with us at all times. She is so kind with us and her genuine and understanding nature was really appreciated. We could not be happier with the services provided by ils and Ian.
Every point discussed during our original meetings were delivered in a timely manner and with professionalism. Their knowledge of the market in Parkinson area was second to none and ultimately made for a smooth, quick and successful sale. Thanks again.
