"SOLD IN 6 DAYS - STREET RECORD AGAIN"
Team Townley are highly professional and really know their marketplace. They were our only choice for the task of selling our father's house which needed to happen quickly as all family members involved live interstate. The way they presented their market appraisal and prospects of selling at the time was simply first class and we immediately developed confidence we were with the right agent. Ils and Ian took on the task of presenting the house as soon as we cleared it out and we all went back home. So it was up to them. The final presentation of the property in the digital marketplace was brilliant and we accepted an offer above their best estimate, on the first day of inspections. To our own credit may we say, we took note of all of their advice and simply carried out what they suggested we do. All of the liaison with the conveyancing team and the local utilities companies was also very professionally handled. The property sale settled on schedule and our father is now safe in aged care. (This is the most well earned review I have ever written).
