"An exceptional Sales Consultant"

Jade is an exceptional Sales Consultant that provides an exceptional professional service. The circumstances surrounding the sale of the house was not a typical listing. I had never sold a house; I was acting on behalf of the Vendor that was not in a Sydney suburb and a lot of personal emotions. Jade gave me comfort from the initial market appraisal, no hard sales talk and she was transparent at all times. Her communication before and during the sale is of a very high standard.

"Couldn't be happier with the experience"

I had the pleasure of working with Jade as real estate agent for a property I recently settled. I couldnt be happier with the experience. She was prompt, professional, and incredibly easy to deal with. Jade was never pushy, but always proactive taking quick action when needed and ensuring every step moved smoothly. She acted as the perfect bridge between vendor and purchaser, keeping communication clear and respectful for all parties.

"Couldn't have asked for a better agent"

Jade Geary was absolutely outstanding. She sold my house on the very first open day, which speaks volumes about her professionalism, dedication, and understanding of the market. Jade was supportive, proactive, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. She made everything smooth and stress-free. I couldnt have asked for a better agent. If you want results with a personal touch, Jade is the one to trust. I highly recommend her to anyone selling their home!

"Professional and reliable"

From the moment Jade entered my home, I knew she was the right agent for me. Her attention to detail, patience, and local market knowledge made me feel completely at ease. Throughout the short sale process Jade was by my side, offering guidance and reassurance. She didnt just see this as another transaction, but as a client she genuinely wanted to help. This level of dedication is rare in the real estate industry. I originally contacted United Realty to take advantage of their reputation and sound knowledge of acreage properties in surrounding areas. I made the right decision. Jades communication, honesty and integrity made for a wonderful experience. Jade is an exceptional agent in whom I would have no hesitation in recommending for the sale of any property.

"Pleasant buying experience"

Jade went above and beyond in a fair and transparent manner with both parties (us as the buyer and the existing owners). The result was a smooth, efficient and extremely pleasant buying experience. Thank you, Jade for being so accommodating to our needs, always responsive and very professional.

"Above and beyond"

Jade was excellent from the first time we met her. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and accessible. She delivered on everything she outlined to us. Her professionalism, knowledge of the market and communication were excellent. She kept us informed every step of the way, from the marketing plan, after every open home, and during the negotiation stage. She achieved our target price and negotiated a quick settlement in the best interests of the buyer and seller. Jade listened to our requests and tailored her strategy to suit and within 3 weeks we had sold our property. Jade has a calm and happy demeanour and was a pleasure to work with. Jade was there every step of the way from photography to contract signing. Jade is an absolute blessing to work with and we were so lucky and privileged to have her selling our home.

"Excellent support, advice and service"

Shane and Jade provided excellent service, advice and support in the selling of our property. As elderly sellers whod lived on our property for 37 years, we really appreciated the time and expertise provided by Shane and Jade at all stages of the process. They regularly updated us on sale progress and prospective buyers, providing valuable advice on strategy. Their friendly personal approach was appreciated at all times.

"Thank you, Jade Geary on helping us achieve a fantastic result!"

You sold our property at the very first open house. You made the selling process easy and even though I asked you a million questions, you were always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable on the local real estate market. We are so happy with the result and now we can celebrate our sale and move forward with our retirement plans. I absolutely recommend Jade and her team at United for all your property needs!!
