This level of dedication is rare in the real estate industry. I originally contacted United Realty to take advantage of their reputation and sound knowledge of acreage properties in surrounding areas. I made the right decision. "Above and beyond"
Jade was excellent from the first time we met her. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and accessible. She delivered on everything she outlined to us. Her professionalism, knowledge of the market and communication were excellent. She kept us informed every step of the way, from the marketing plan, after every open home, and during the negotiation stage. She achieved our target price and negotiated a quick settlement in the best interests of the buyer and seller. Jade listened to our requests and tailored her strategy to suit and within 3 weeks we had sold our property. Jade has a calm and happy demeanour and was a pleasure to work with. Jade was there every step of the way from photography to contract signing. Jade is an absolute blessing to work with and we were so lucky and privileged to have her selling our home.
