"Jake is a fraud!"

Jake managed to put a criminal in our property, lied to us about her being a nurse and having good credentials, only to discover she is a drug dealer with a criminal record and has damaged our property. We had to get a warrant out to remove her from our property. Stay clear of this piece of shit of a property manager.
