We were silly enough to use Jims Realty to rent our home,they would have to be the most useless company I have ever used they just continually lie about there property reports and let the tenants get away with everything. We had a new home and the tenants left us with around $20,000 worth of damage all because Jims did not do there job properly and keep up regular inspections and give them written notice of damages he did not even take them to court to try and retrieve some of the money we had lost instead he gave them a realy good reference to get them of his books. On conclusion don't use this agency or you will regret it.
