"The Best In The Business"

James and his team are excellent at what they do. I highly recommend them for their professional, honest, speedy, high attention to detail and friendly service. My experience is that there are no other Estate Agents out there who work with this level of ethics and integrity. We sold our home speedily, for the money we wanted and a 30 day settlement during the Covid 19 crisis. We were immensely relieved and grateful for their excellent work. Truly, that we gave 5 Star ratings in ALL of the categories above is absolutely no exaggeration what so ever! James Crowder and his team at Community Real Estate are a phenomenal group of professionals. My wife and I have never before experienced such a highly skilled real estate campaign. Total organisation, efficiency, thoroughness and most importantly effectiveness were the campaign hallmarks. And it all happened in a very positive but calm, caring, supportive and reassuring way. Seriously, it was faultless! Our property was potentially a little tricky to sell. A 21 acre horse agistment property on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria. A lovely property in a great location for sure; but a niche market and not everyone's cup of tea. We were there for a wonderful 20 plus years......that's a lot of clutter to deal with when it's time to sell! We had found our down size dream home and had bought that already without the ready cash, so we had to sell the property asap. We were feeling quite tense about our situation. The Crowder name is a well known brand on the Peninsula, so we called Jamie. He came and we talked and then the Community Real Estate machine went into operation. James guided us in every way: The required extent of de-clutter and the best way to style and present the property for sale, inside and out. He recommended an amazing gardener who was a whirlwind and took the grounds to another level in no time flat. He set a busy but achievable time line and checked in with us regularly to reassure us and explain what the next step was, and the next, and the next. He connected us with competent legal professionals who work hand in glove with him and so all wheels turned smoothly. He set the date for his 'cast of thousands' to arrive: They came and quickly and efficiently cameras clicked, drones flew, boundaries were measured, inventories were taken, discussions were had and then they were gone. And from this came great brochures with pictures and floor plans, a front sign with impact and an accurate and attractive blurb. Just all so efficient! Then James' prowess as a knowledgeable, connected, skilful and personable salesman and negotiator came to the fore. Through his personal data base of contacts he put the word out that our property was about to go on the market. About a week later was the initial 'Open for Inspection'. It was really well attended. Two more special openings in the next few days......but ALL contacts kept in the loop. Result: The initial 'Open for Inspection' was on a Saturday and the Contract of Sale was signed the following Thursday! We could not believe it. It doesn't get better than that! The whole campaign took approximately six weeks from the first day we asked Jamie if he would sell our property for us. Oh, and the price? We had our own expectations and were well guided by James about how to advertise: There were negotiations of course and the final agreed price was within the advertised price range. We were very satisfied and feel it was great result for both parties. Would we recommend James Crowder and Community Real Estate? What do you think? Absolutely, totally and completely. And James, if you ever read this, we again thank you and your team so much!
