James is an excellent communicator, he knows and understands the realestate market thoroughly, especially in density dwellings. He always give you practical guidance when taking on the sales contract and representing you as the seller. He is honest and upfront with the fees structure (which is extremely competitive). Furthermore, the staff who are working behind the scene are professionals, if you are chasing a peace of mind and quality service, contact James Yeoman at KPR.
James came recommended by another agent as the strata specialist. His offer to assist us was appealing to us. From the first time we contacted him until the very end, he was professional, responsive, respectful, helpful, and made the whole process very easy. In the current market, one could consider that selling real estate is easy, but you can see that James has been around because he acted for us as if the market was down and continued to go the extra mile. Property sold after the first open home. A bonus to take home: he was respectful in his dealings with our tenant, the buyer, our finance and settlement team, and our property management team, and we appreciate that. I highly recommend James and his team when you are looking to sell a unit or strata property.
James provided an honest informative service. I knew exactly what is was buying. Even after offer was accepted he offered additional services at no cost such as cleaning and locks changed
From first contact and during the whole process James' understanding of what we required was spot on and his evaluation of the property was spot on too and finally if you need to sell a unit, look no further
James was a great agent to engage for selling our unit in South Perth. He didn't over inflate our expectations and was in contact all through the process (short as it was!). It's rare you get a representative the made the contact with us before I had to and engaged our property manager and tenant in a very professional and respectful manner. Thanks James for making the process as stressless and enjoyable as it should be.
As I said not an easy sell but James got there in the end and I would use him again. Pete
From the 'get go' James was clear about the process and committed to getting things done. James provided solid advice that I immediately felt that I could be confident with.
James Yeoman was my realestate agent for a recent property purchase. James was friendly courteous and extremely kind and caring during the process of the sale through to settlement.
James is an excellent salesman. He sold the house after the first open and above the reserve price. The result exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend James to anyone.
I tend to not have the best luck with real estate but James and his team made this so easy I could have slept through it. He was very responsive to messages which was refreshing after my experiences with other agents. He was very knowledgeable about unit sales and the area and helped me achieve a really good price. The commission was also the best I had been quoted with no surprises which was really helpful in selling my unit. I would definitely recommend James and his team.
