"Excellent"

James is an excellent communicator, he knows and understands the realestate market thoroughly, especially in density dwellings. He always give you practical guidance when taking on the sales contract and representing you as the seller. He is honest and upfront with the fees structure (which is extremely competitive). "Sold our strata unit within a week"

James came recommended by another agent as the strata specialist. His offer to assist us was appealing to us. From the first time we contacted him until the very end, he was professional, responsive, respectful, helpful, and made the whole process very easy. In the current market, one could consider that selling real estate is easy, but you can see that James has been around because he acted for us as if the market was down and continued to go the extra mile. Property sold after the first open home. A bonus to take home: he was respectful in his dealings with our tenant, the buyer, our finance and settlement team, and our property management team, and we appreciate that. I highly recommend James and his team when you are looking to sell a unit or strata property.

"Selling process was a breeze"

James was a great agent to engage for selling our unit in South Perth. He didn't over inflate our expectations and was in contact all through the process (short as it was!). It's rare you get a representative the made the contact with us before I had to and engaged our property manager and tenant in a very professional and respectful manner. I tend to not have the best luck with real estate but James and his team made this so easy I could have slept through it.
