Fantastic result considering the short period of time to get my property listed . Right from the beginning Jamie & Diana where on the front foot and once the property was untenanted mid December it was styled and campaign was ready to roll on the 23rd December with auction date set 19th February.Interest came thick and fast early January & by the 19th excepted an offer and was extremely thankful for the hours put in by Jamie & Diana to get a great result sheesh what an effort. Loved their energy well done guys
We were very confident with the strategy taken and it proved telling. A wonderfull result that will really help our family recover following a tough year. We are thrilled - thank you again.
Very happy
The whole sales process of our home was handled really well. We never felt uncomfortable in the whole process, Jamie achieved a price well above our expectations.

will use Shape again.
Lovely to deal with, can highly recommend. Shape leased my commercial property at a record price in record time.
Jamie sold my first home. He was respectful to my situation and worked extremely hard to achieve the result I wanted. I now consider him a friend and would highly recommend speaking to him.
