Janine was brillant
Very friendly, professional, polite and punctual. Great service.
My wife and I found Janine to be very informative and attentive, yet not pushy or sales driven. Her relaxed integrity was very welcome and made viewing homes feel comfortable and an honest experience.
Janine McDonald has credibility and honesty which is missing in many other agents. She understands the market and has worked with both vendors and buyers to understand their needs and wants. Janine is better described as a "property match-maker" - finding the right property for a buyer and the right buyer for the vendor. Selling is stressful and Janine McDonald held our hands and was supportive along the journey which help us manage the trials and tribulations.
Janine provided her recommended selling preference, and an accurate honest price expectation. Janine provided both written and verbal report on each inspection and contact, and throughout the campaign Janine kept us fully informed.
Janine was fantastic, working extremely hard throughout the campaign to ensure the best outcome for us.
Janine provided a detailed and accurate assessment of the market value of the property and submitted a marketing plan that was not excessive. Janine's overall strategy gave me confidence that I didn't need to secure an agent from the suburb in which my property was situated. Throughout the process Janine was firm understanding and considerate and she did a great job.
Janine has sold 4 properties for us over a period of 15 years. Shes as professional as she is sweet and kind. And, if anything, she seems more enthusiastic about it all than she was in the beginning! She deserves her success....she works very hard and shes a WINNER!!
A wonderful person.
We found Janine to be friendly, professional and personable!
