I purchased the unit in 2000 and McGraths was the Real Estate Agent who sold it to me. Over the years McGrath managed the unit while it was rented out, McGraths helped me with the renovation works a few years ago and subsequently helped me move in, and now 21 years later, almost to the day, when the time came to sell it (sniff, sniff) McGrath has sold the unit for me! I engaged McGrath Real Estate to manage an investment property for me. Even in the best of circumstances, I think taking only 7 days to go from obtaining keys to the property from the previous owner to have tenants in place and pre-paying 3 months rent in advance is a very impressive effort, to do this in the midst of dealing with COVID-19 restrictions is an even more remarkable achievement. I was very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and dedication of the staff I dealt with. I would happily deal with them in the future.
