"Above and beyond service"

A big thank you to Jason for all the hardwork he has put in to secure suitable tenants for my property in the past few years. Jason is an exceptional agent who provides professional, attentive, efficient and genuine services. He has a wealth of knowledge re: the rental market, as well as properties in general. He always make time to answer any queries I may have. I appreciate the consistent and prompt communication Jason provides to keep me informed about matters such as each inspection outcome. Jason goes above and beyond - even personally going to my property to ensure that it is clean and presentable for the new tenants moving in the following day! I know that I am in good hands with Jason overseeing my property. I would definitely recommend Jason for his services to others.

"Very recommended"

My wife and I are very pleased with Jasons service. Hes been very thoughtful and resourceful during and after his service. We always thought selling property was going to be a lot of headaches however Jason had made the process more clear and simple for us first time sellers. With his instructions and ideas we achieved an amazing deal at the peak of the market, added a big chunk of budget to the renovation of our new home.

"Great Job!"

Dear Jason, Lance and I would like to thank you for the exceptional job you have done in selling our home. Right from the beginning, you kept us well informed and involved with every occurrence. We were extremely concerned about selling our home in this market place and were advised by many not to sell now, but you proved us all wrong, by attaining a price that nobody believed we could achieve. Your advice to list our home for auction was right even though we did not feel comfortable initially in doing so. We understand now how...
