Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with. Put a lot of time and energy into selling 3 of our investment properties while helping us find our dream home. He tells it like it is and will never comfort you with a lie. We will be clients for life with Jay. Thanks very much Jay, we really appreciate you and your team.
Jay listened to what we wanted and worked towards that result over the whole period of the sale process.. He didn't push for a price reduction after the first 2 weeks as we have seen others do. The climate was difficult due to COVID-19 impact. He always respected what we wanted to do, and we achieved a satisfactory and fair outcome. Very good work from Jay and would recommend him to anyone.
Jay was knowledgable of the market and provided effective marketing strategies to ensure we were able to reach our target. He had a very open and honest communication style that was very much appreciated.
We recently bought a house with Jay Aston as the agent. Incredibly easy to talked to, fabulous support and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Thanks Jay for securing our new home! Will highly recommend him.
Jay listened and took the time to understand our family circumstance, and it felt like he bought into it, which created some urgency and extra effort to sell our property.House purchases and sales are highly emotive times and I think plenty of people in Real Estate sales and rental can learn from Jay's execution of the process as most don't take the time to care or enquire about the clients real life predicaments.Jay communicated well created good turn up rates at the open homes - Outstanding!
As a buyer, Jay was great to deal with. Kept everything nice and easy and got back to us straight away. Very straight forward and easy going, just wanting the best for everyone. Cant get much better than that!
Jay has been very helpful from the start of the process right up to the end. He was an abserloute delight to work with and was very flexible with requests for multiple inspections. I would personally recommend jay to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
Jay was awesome throughout the whole process. From the moment we made initial contact his timeliness in responding to queries was generally within minutes and we made a few of those. He kept the whole process simple and his knowledge of the processes involved in getting the sale over the line was brilliant. If we were to sell our house Jay would be without a doubt be our first and only choice.
Jay was polite and friendly and he really pushed and worked hard to sell my home .
Jay has exceptional market knowledge. He is great to communicate with, constantly keeping us up to date on what was going on with the sale of our home.If you are after a hard working, knowledgeable agent, we would highly recommend using Jay to buy or sell your property.
