"A comforting and stress free experience!"
When we were ready to sell our home, Jaya happened to be offering appraisals in the area and knocked on our door. He was incredibly professional and presented a very convincing sales strategy. We were so impressed with his manor and approach that we decided to sign with him. Ultimately our property sold at auction within 2 weeks for a price were very happy with. Jaya was very confident and made us feel at ease through the whole process. He exceeded our expectations in every way. "Jaya made my first home dream become a reality"
My first interaction with Jaya was at the inspection of a property that I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and guided me though the property and was happy to answer all of my questions. After taking a keen interest in the property, I was offered the option of a pre-auction offer. I requested a building inspection prior to making an offer. Again, Jaya was professional and very helpful through the process. Jaya assured me that he would do everything he could to make the property mine. Come auction night, Jaya and the whole team at Ray White explained the process and made for a welcoming and pleasurable (despite nervous!) experience. As a result, the property was mine - Jaya did exactly what he said he would do. The whole process from first inspection up to signing the contract was fantastic. Jaya is extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. It was such a pleasure to deal with him. Whether buying or selling, I highly recommend Jaya Prageeth from Ray White Para Hills - You will NOT Regret it!
