I had purchased property through Jay before. Jay's service is great, he does respond on time and follows up on meetings and the purchase.
Cannot speak highly enough about Jay. Complete professional. Guided our sale through to completion. Excellent service. Negotiated a couple of moments. Provided us with great advice, which turned out to be 100 per cent correct. Can highly recommend Jay. Will be using him in the future. Have provided his details to all of our family and friends, just in case they need a good agent in the future.
We have used Jay for our last three real estate transactions and couldn't be happier. He is completely honest, straight up in his communication and a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for an agent that goes above and beyond, offers great advice, knows the local market and keeps you informed at every stage of the process, I would highly recommend Jay.
Jay Pashley is a real estate agent who shows passion and empathy for both buyers and sellers in the market. He demonstrated a superior knowledge of the Sunshine Coast property market specialising the the local area. Jay helped us set a robust asking price and throughout the selling process he was professional and positive at all times, showing discretion and responding to our requests with good humour and consideration. Overall Jays performance exceeded our expectations. Thank you Jay
Jay assisted us with the purchase of our new home as well as the sale of our property. In both instances Jay provided exceptional service. On our sale, Jay went beyond what we had previously experienced with agents to assist in having our property ready to present to the market, being very proactive to address issues. We would highly recommend Jay to anyone looking to sell their property
