I had been looking for a property to purchase for a period of time and had met a number of agents from most of the local agencies. Meeting Jeff at the property was like a breathe of fresh air . He was pleasant , approachable , informative and importantly believable. Having worked in the industry I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to sell their property as you could be reassured all potiential buyers would have a positive experience on viewing your property and receive follow up on the progress of the sales campaign.
Jeff Cowan did a fantastic job selling our Parkdale property. He overcame numerous obstacles with skill and patience. Delivering a sale price above our expectations. We will definitely use him when selling next time.
