Jennifer offers an exceptional personal and professional service. She took care of every detail throughout the preparation, marketing and sale of our house in Leichhardt. She advised us how to present the house to its best advantage and gave us a realistic rather than inflated estimate of the value of the house. Her industry contacts were invaluable for everything from minor repairs to styling, building inspection, council negotiations and contracting. She personally answered every email and phone call, and attended every Open for Inspection as well as additional viewings for potential buyers. She kept us informed throughout the marketing campaign and negotiated a settlement that both ourselves and the buyers are happy with. Thank you so much for your assistance which is immensely appreciated.

Selling the family home was an emotional experience for me made complicated by the fact that I was abroad for periods during the preparation of the house, marketing, the auction and settlement. Jennifer went far, far beyond the usual duties of an estate agent and provided a highly personalised, bespoke approach to achieve a fantastic result. She coordinated a team of specialists to ensure the property was beautifully presented and spent many hours maintaining it, in my absence, even to the extent of watering the garden and providing fresh flowers!
