From the very moment when Jeremy took on the role as the real estate agent to sell our property, he has demonstrated complete acumen with every process involved in selling of the property. He has maintained a constant flow of communication and kept us updated with every step of the process and has continuously sought our feedback on any decisions that were to be made. He even managed to find a tenant for our investment property within a week when the previous agent struggled for months. We could not be happier with his service. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell or even rent their property.

3 words to describe Jeremy - Responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable. With a great sense of the surrounding market, Jeremy was able to quickly identify that my previous rental agent was not being proactive in renting out my unit at a reasonable price. Needless to say Jeremy had my full trust when it was time to sell (I usually shop around for the best deal but this time I didn't even bother to get another quote from other agents). No regrets as he was able to get a fair price for my unit. Every time somebody asks me for a referral, without hesitation I would refer Jeremy.
