"Above and Beyond"
Our property was on the market for sale by private treaty during COVID territory. Despite how tough the market was, Jerrys relentless pursuit to achieve a better than expected sale price was second-to-none. And sure enough, he came through with a final price that was well above the propertys valuation and market comparisons. We are over the moon! That kind of success doesnt come without dedication and passion for your work. Jerry was very proactive in finding and communicating with prospective buyers and was happy to provide additional inspections to interested parties when requested. He kept us updated all the way and was always available to speak when I called him, regardless of the day or time. Jerrys friendly manner, care and attention, expert knowledge, honesty, hard-working ethic, professionalism and optimism make him a wonderful asset to the property market.
