Our property was on the market for sale by private treaty during COVID territory. Despite how tough the market was, Jerrys relentless pursuit to achieve a better than expected sale price was second-to-none. And sure enough, he came through with a final price that was well above the propertys valuation and market comparisons. We are over the moon! That kind of success doesnt come without dedication and passion for your work. Jerry was very proactive in finding and communicating with prospective buyers and was happy to provide additional inspections to interested parties when requested. He kept us updated all the way and was always available to speak when I called him, regardless of the day or time. Jerrys friendly manner, care and attention, expert knowledge, honesty, hard-working ethic, professionalism and optimism make him a wonderful asset to the property market. We cant recommend him enough. Dont think twice about who you will choose to sell your home. Youve found him.
From the time we first met Jerry Zissis and the Raine and Horne team up until the recent sale of our house in Earlwood, we felt confident that Jerry and the team were working hard for us. Jerry was honest in all his discussions with us and quite certain prospective buyers felt this as well - this was important to us to ensure maximum engagement of potential buyers. Although we sold in a softening Sydney market we achieved above average result for our home and couldn't be happier. A truly remarkable result for the current climate. We would definitely recommend Jerry and the Raine and Horne team!
