"WAITING ON AN EXPLANATION"
Tenants are waiting on an explanation in regards to our rental property through you as our property manager You know the serious issues. Care to show responsibility for what you've caused a family? How are tenants supposed to converse if you are not responding to written correspondence/emails?

"*** Zero Stars *** - Avoid if you can - Poor quality, lack of service or knowledge"
Jessica "managed" my rental property. It was the worst experience ever that I had when dealing with property managers so far. She is incompetent in her work, lacks work ethics and commitment. I've asked Jessica to get some quotes from tradies. 6 weeks ( yes, weeks ) later and my emails were not answered, quotes not organised. She was not even able to reach the tenants! Nothing was done at the end. Her quality of work and service is appalling. Honestly, I don't know how people like her get hired in the first place?! At the moment, I am looking to change an agency because honestly, I can't trust people like Jessica to manage my property.
